Cancellation & no-show policy
Short version: things come up, and we understand — we just ask for 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Give us 24 hours
Life happens — plans change. You can cancel or reschedule any appointment free of charge as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Simply call or email the studio and we'll move things around.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment leave a gap we can't always fill. These changes are charged 50% of the service price.
Missed appointments (no-shows)
If you don't arrive and haven't contacted us, the appointment is treated as a no-show and charged 50% of the service price.
Before your next visit
Any outstanding policy fee must be settled before your next appointment can be booked. Once it's taken care of, we're happy to see you as usual.
Need to change a booking?
Call or email the studio and we'll take care of it. Please don't use the contact form for time-sensitive changes — a phone call is always fastest.
